At WaxOn, all lash extension services are performed exclusively by Maggie. She is a licensed esthetician with advanced training. Limiting this service to one provider ensures each client receives consistent results, healthy lashes, and a polished finish. No other staff member offers lash extensions at this time.
Every client receives personal attention. Maggie begins each appointment with a consultation. She reviews eye shape, natural lash health, and the desired look. All products are high-quality, and hygiene standards are strictly followed. Clients leave with lashes that look full, natural, and long-lasting.
Booking and Deposit
Lash extension appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit applies toward the total service cost and secures the appointment with Maggie. Appointments without a deposit cannot be confirmed.
Deposits allow Maggie to schedule enough time for every client. Lash services are longer than typical spa treatments, and each appointment is planned carefully. Reserving a slot with a deposit ensures that every client receives full attention and quality service.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are charged the full service amount. No-shows are also charged in full.
This policy ensures fairness for all clients and protects Maggie’s schedule. Clear communication about these rules is provided at booking so that clients know expectations and appointments run smoothly.

Refills help maintain fullness and volume. Regular refills are recommended every two to four weeks. Maggie checks lash health during each refill and replaces lashes that have shed naturally. This extends the life of the original set.
Custom Designs
Maggie creates custom styles for special occasions, personal preferences, or daily wear. Clients receive guidance on the best design while prioritizing the health of natural lashes. Every appointment is unique to the client.
Emergency Support
Lash issues can arise unexpectedly. WaxOn provides emergency support to address loose or damaged lashes. Maggie restores lashes safely without causing harm, ensuring clients do not experience long-term issues.

Ahh Belltown, we’re on the way to the Seattle Center, close to downtown and you can spy views of the Puget Sound from Wall Street. Who needs to drive when you can walk and there are buses all around. We adore our neighbors, there is so much around to take advantage of. Of course, you can get a new “do”, next door at Rudy’s Hair salon or book a room upstairs at the Ace Hotel, the original! There are great places to eat and/or grab a pint: Cyclops, Virginia Inn. Or sneak in for a service than treat yourself to a movie and a cocktail at the Big Picture.

And for scotch seekers Liberty has some of the best selections in town.
