- I highly recommend Wax On to anyone who wants a quality Brazilian wax. I went there for my first ever Brazilian and have been a devoted customer ever since. Sara is absolutely the best! Her quick technique was as painless as possible. Of course there is some level of discomfort. However, Sara makes every effort to lessen the discomfort; she is very experienced and definitely knows what she is doing. I was quite nervous and scared about the pain factor. Before I had ever been waxed I heard horror stories of bad waxing experiences from around the country. Reassuringly, she took the time to answer all my questions, explain what to expect and provided top-notch follow up care recommendation. I would not consider going anywhere else for my waxing
- I used to go to the Belltown spa when I worked nearby. Job changes forced me to look elsewhere for my waxing needs, so I started to try out other spas. After a year of searching, I found myself back at Wax On - this time at the Capitol Hill location. Why did I ever go elsewhere?! Waxing is never pleasant, but Wax On knows how to make it as quick and bearable as possible. Plus, I'm always happy with the results. They take the extra steps to make sure you look good and feel good. No matter which location you go to, you can expect great service and great results.
- All I have to say is any place that can make you laugh while enduring pain is on my A-list! I felt as cozy and comfortable as I could in that situation. Wax On met my every need and desire. I look forward to returning for yet another memorable experience.

- Yes it was my first visit, I saw Shelley. I had requested her because a friend of mine recommended her and I thought she did a wonderful job. In fact I have another appointment scheduled with Shelley at the Bell Town location in December. I thought the facility was also very nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly and I found it very comfortable and not intimidating like other salons can be. I hope this helps. I will be returning for your services in the future.
- This was my first time having a bikini wax and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I had anticipated. The technician, Connie, was very good and explained everything she was doing. I live about 5 minutes away from the spa (Kirkland) and walk by it at least once a day. I will be back again.
- My boyfriend and I just had our very first Brazilian waxes (our first waxes of any kind!) at your Belltown location. Melissa was a doll and took care of us in every way! She made us feel absolutely comfortable, which is very important for that kind of service! We were very impressed by the professionalism, courteousness and overall atmosphere of Wax On Spa. I have already made our next "maintenance" appointment, we're hooked! We love you guys, you rock!! Thanks for everything and we can't wait to see you next month!!
- I've always had a good experience here. I've tried alot of places but this is still the best wax in town. I usually see Sandy but have had good waxes with some of the other gals when she was not available. Would recommend this place to anyone!!
- I get waxed by Stephanie, she's great, really a lot of fun (I can't believe I'm saying that about waxing). I moved here from L.A. and missed my waxer, felt doubtful that I'd find someone that good. I picked up the Crave book and found Wax On. So lucky. My only complaint is that it's getting harder to get in to see Stephanie. So now I book in advance. Something funny, I was bragging about my waxer to a new friend and she asked me where I went, I said "Wax On". When I told her who I saw for my services she fell down laughing saying "I see Stephanie too!!!! Isn't she great!" Oh, and more shea butter please, that stuff is incredible.
- Usually bikini waxes are awkward, but they've got it down to a science here. While I won't say it's totally painless, it's the least painful waxing experience I've ever had.
- Stephanie is amazing!! She's got a pleasant bedside manner, talking the whole time to keep me distracted, always remembers details about my life and does this funny slap thing to keep me from feeling too much of a sting when having my "netherlands" waxed. I always look forward to seeing her and have even referred friends to her. All agree she's wonderful. Ask her about her crazy adventures, I swear you'll get a new story each time.
- Sandy is so sweet and what a great disposition. My brows looked better than ever and boy did she have her work cut out for her. I was so happy with her service that I rebooked with her for a Brazilian!! I have never been so pleased. Not to mention that the attention was so personal with the beginning and end of my transaction being directly with Sandy. And I loved the maintenance program, BRILLIANT that you actually are rewarded with a discount if you maintain there each month.
- I had my first Brazilian wax at Wax On in Capitol Hill and thought the little salon was just good. Then I decided to shop around and went to InSpa for a Brazilian. Needless to say, I went back to Wax On but this time to Kirkland. It's a bit unfamiliar to me to walk into a service business and not be greeted by a receptionist. Someone just calls out to you to say "I'll be right there." The salon itself is clean and cute but it's by no means a spa-like environment. The aestheticians (is that what they're called?) are friendly and aware of how painful you're feeling so they'll try to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. If you want to stay local on the Eastside, then Wax On is a great place to get a Brazilian wax.
- I absolutely love Wax On! I've been going to the one in Belltown for the last few years but then they opened one up in Kirkland and it's awesome. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and they are very professional. I've had other bikini waxes done at Gene Juarez and I wasn't statisifed. At other spas you either have to get it all off or very little but wax on they can take off just what you want. I always feel comfortable and relaxed and have never had any problems with the wax or my skin afterwards. In you need a wax this is only place to go! (and my husband goes there for his back and if you got a hairy man send him there!)
- I just got my third Brazilian from Wax On in Belltown and am ready to proclaim it the best wax in Seattle. What I like about it is the professionalism. I was greeted politely, on time and the service was fast and efficient. I don't go to chit chat and hang out, I go for a top-notch wax and that is what I have gotten every time.
